Your first week

This is Engine Builder, Week 1.

Three sessions a week. The other four days are yours — keep your box, your coach, your own runs. Terav writes the focus arc. No mystery, no filler.

What Terav is not
  • Not a clinician. Red-flag patterns fire an escalate banner, not a diagnosis.
  • Not certain about you. VO2max response varies ~10× person-to-person. We quote ranges, not one number.
  • Not a streak game. Skip a week. The plan sharpens against that too.
Where the rigor comes from
A blade gets sharper by grinding against something harder than itself. So does a training plan.

I built the engine against my own log — years of strength work fought around a stubborn hip. Every retest gate, symptom rule, and confirm-first mechanic proved itself on that log before it shipped. Terav is a focused-improvement tool, not a full training plan — it sits alongside your box, your coach, or your own week. If you have a specific medical issue, work with a clinician.

Then your focus sharpens every session.

Ten minutes of questions and a short physical check. Tomorrow your first focus session lands — written against your history, with citations. You Accept or Ignore each change.
